Lichen Sclerosus et atrophicus

Treatment with Dermovat on Lichen Sclerosus et atrophicus Primary treatment:

Dermovat ointment 0,05% is applied thinly once a day for one to two months and then twice a week the following month.

After this the ointment can be applied as needed when symptoms occur. The application should be reduced as much as possible.
